This is an incredibly lengthy form of kišpū (anti-witchcraft) ritual which bronze age Levantine Asipu priests would conduct to rid someone of particularly pervasive and evil spirits or to break malevolent curses. This ritual can take up to 24 hours. It is best when done together, the price does not include travel and lodging expenses which are the responsibility of the client. This is a very in-depth and last effort type of ritual, I would be sure to exhaust other options first. 
 
The Maqlû is the burning, though effigies are drowned and buried under a mountain as well. Its a comprehensive effigy based judge, jury, and executioner witchcraft text relying on divine aid to carry out justice. This is not meant for human spirits.
